An entrepreneur is said to have a qualifying Canadian business, if the percentage of business managed and controlled by him/her meets at least two of the undermentioned conditions in one year-
- Full-time job equivalents are equal to or greater than two
- Annual sales totalling $250,000 or more
- Net income in the year goes $25,000 and beyond
- If at the end of the year, net assets is equal to $125,000 or greater
